Location: the hotel was near the river bank which becomes home to a massive street market on Saturdays, and Liege. The reception was good with very good staff...
The area was quite poor.

The rooms were brand-new and spotless, had a walk-in shower and bath sheets. All the staff was good, solved my issues:)))

The location of the hotel is relatively close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, it is important to note that it is in a rather run-down area, which some may find charming in its own way.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dirty walls and a floor that appeared to have been there since the 40s.

We would recomand it. Really enjoyed every detail about our fairly nice 1 night stay here. Booked the hotel for its comfy location right by the center of town and all the nearby old streets of Liege, a massive street market, and the river bank which becomes home to a massive street market on Saturdays.
Nothing to fault.

The staff was nice and great and the owner too. The room was brand-new with great beds as requested. The bathroom was fairly clean, it was nice to have a tub.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Best aspects of my Easter stay were the spacious room and the convenient location. The room was generously sized and had high ceilings, creating a comfortable and airy atmosphere. It was a pleasant surprise to have a renovated bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The location was also a key factor, being within walking distance of the city center and close to important places of interest. Additionally, there were supermarkets along the way, making it convenient for any necessary shopping.
Worst aspects of my Easter stay included the noise levels and the lack of soundproofing. The thin walls allowed for every noise in the stairways to be heard, which was quite disruptive.

The apartment had a renovated bathroom and a comfy bed, perfect for a short stopover. Access to a kitchen was great, and free coffee and tea were provided. The location was convenient, with shops and transport within walking distance.
The street was a bit dodgy and our number plate got stolen, but the police were extremely helpful and it didn't put us off from recommending the place.

Stayed in a room that smelled like an ashtray, but hey, at least the location was conveniently close to the museums.
Who needs soundproofing? I loved being serenaded by creaky stairs and late-night bathroom trips.

I stayed at Leonard Room for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. The price was incredibly low at just 23 euros per person per night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared bathroom was not a problem at all. They even provided a Senseo coffee maker with free coffee pads, which was a nice touch. the value for money was exceptional and I would definitely stay here again.
Would recommend this hotel.
